@@azallea personally, I think he needs a bit of survivability in his kit because he tends to get one tapped before being able to use his ult. Or maybe I just need a better comp with him :

I'm excited for the Ravi buff. I was already getting ready for her awakened potential awhile back but they scrapped the update and my Ravi was left to gather dust. How much HP conversion does she get? I think that's the biggest X factor if she will be good or bad.

Keep in mind that Celine vs jenua, you have to win a 25% roll (33 in gw) if you want to stun him. And that’s assuming you don’t get 15%
25% to stun Jenua. I would still stick with my target highest attack ee
I still think the highest attack EE is the best option, yeah. Stealth with that is basically a checkmate for non-attack skill users.

Does "ignore dmg reduction" Can ignore seline passive?
No because that's basically damage limit, this just means she bypasses things like albedo s2, carmin s2 and adamant
