Love my .30 blitz... I've had it for 2 years and have run through thousands of jsb diablo's and haven't had any issues with my blitz. Getting the AEA Precision Terminator .357 in September 🤘🤘
I have aea challenger. 51 cal and I absolutely love it. They could make the magazine quality better but for an airgun like this you shouldn't need a second shot lol
Unless the problem was resolved, avoid pressing the magazine at an upward angle, away from the feed tray, but in and tilted down. A malfunction due to incorrect magazine position (pellets or slugs not lined up with the loading port and loading probe) could result in the magazine being wedged inside the breech.
I need some help with somethi.Loosened the 2 screws on the handle.Slash sites that come with the blitz and it will not move off of the rail for some reason can't figure out what else is holding it

I'm glad that my girl works at a gun shop z we gave after 1.5 years of trouble the hatsan back. Now got a katran this is with a mag and loaded by hand but it's so much more . Not missing the full automatic at all. Go katran if you ask me already has a foldable part as well and light .
Would really like to be able to use this Hatsan B for my home defense preference, but, fpe is lacking ! And I haven't seen anyone doing any kind of performance upgrades that I am aware of !? I am totally open for suggestions, or even, any other full-auto manufactures with greater performance characteristics ! Hoping to hear back from anyone !!!
Aea 357 terminator it's semi-auto putting out 150 fpe with 10 round mags plenty of power with a decent shot count for a 357 its my choice of home defense airgun the best in my opinion

@@tweetdezweet yeah some aea semi automatics have some issues but I've never had a problem with the terminator and I've been using it for a couple years it also depends on what dealer u get ur gn from but if u going for reliability go for a bolt action but if u want semi-auto and power I recommend the aea terminator from Zach mathews at ares airgunstactically he helped aea design the terminator platform
Thats really potent for that kind of accuracy and its an air rifle, im not sure about muzzel energy but thsts the weight of 22rimfire 100+ ft/pnds 40gr ,your doing 45 at 800+ that equals out rimfire as in fps thsts fantastic!

Mac - very glad you’ve had such success with the Blitz. You’ve upgraded and customized yours really well. I did try out the Blitz a few months back, but the one I bought just would not hold air. It appears that if you are the lucky recipient of one that works you will get lots of enjoyment. However, for the rest of us who received one that was defective it is hard to play the lottery and hope that the next one will work.
well mac, even with my opinions about hatsan, your blitz sounded quite spectacular. i have had a 30cal carnivor and a 35hercules, does the mag work the same on those as on your blitz? cause if the mag type and how it works is different thats good, i hate the carnivor and hercules mags and how the function is built into the gun instead of built into the mag like on aea and marauder mags. so i am hopeing the blitz is different. i really would enjoy not hating hatsan so much and believe it or not your video here helps

Still overwhelmed with multi-crises but for the Blitz I'll break silence. * Personal thanks for the deep satisfaction of seeing the very best multipurpose home defense tool available in full power glory. Also very sorry to hear Hatsan has been soiling the nest again with QA issues but I'm begging those disappointed "Don't give up! Go find Mac's and other tutorials on tear-down/build-up procedure to fix the badly installed seals issues." * Mac, you keep saying the big tank makes it act like it's regulated. Hey guys, it *is* regulated! Specifically it regulates to ballistic energy. I have the blueprint from the factory and have seen the regulator spring in the exploded view. Spec'd at 53fpe, my fpe has always been 51ft lbs plus/minus 2fpe for 110 full auto shots on my factory tank, and gradually reduced fpe for the next 50 semiauto shots. The muzzle velocity is in direct relation to this fpe and projectile weight. *Finally Mac and anyone else in his situation, just as you accommodate your visual handicap with wearable optics, there is every reason to do the same with your sights. I agree that a red dot sight is perfect over the range of the front and back yards, but for greater distances you need more than 3x, probably 6-9x in a wide field optic to avoid restricting your quick-view. If you can afford it, or if you ever have to replace your glasses, I would even mount one of those lenses on a flip-away like you did that 3x scope. Or, you could just obviate all that and get the kind of laser surgery I did to be blessed with life-long perfect vision that SHTF can never take away no matter how deindustrialized we get. I broke it multiple time to get it there. it isnt reliable that hot. get JSB hades to 680 fps and itll sewing machine till the cows come home. (cows dont come home btw)

It’s something different than just the scopes I usually use on my other rifles. I’m also going to grab one of those new 32 round mags so I’ll have to have clearance over the mag. Also looking at the Swamp Fox Kentucky long 2-12x44 Sharpshooter Grid MOA LPVO I have wanted this scope for a while hehe 🤗

I will stay with that 357 AEA and it's 81 grain smacker. The bigger bores eat air . Now if Blitz gets there shit together they will get the 357 on line . It's still way to dangerous to walk into but Needs the 357 power. I mean I'm pushing the same ballistics as the Colt 36 cal cap and ball firearm. Did you know Lewis and Clark had a pro hunter to keep them fed with a french air rifle.. worked flawlessly the whole trip.
Mac, I'm adding a new gun to the collection this Friday and if you had to choose between the Zeus 72 or the 30 cal blitz what would you choose....I am leaning heavily toward the Zeus but your vid is has me thinking about this one..I have two 5k Drozd .177 and a 600 rpm .22 SMG belt fed full auto and the blitz would be a nice addition to the full auto collection... But that Zeus is so bad ass.. I can't make up my mind now...What do you think..?

For all intensive purposes that rifle is for hunting small game, but I’d venture to say if that’s all you had to ward off an intruder during a home invasion…that full auto might just take down a man too. Edit: Didnt know you’d mention home defense at that end, we were thinking the same thing!

@@quadsman11 I think now that I’ve become a guru I’ll keep it simple and enjoy it as it is!😂 It’s the only way to remain sane. Chasing power is big math on these. The hammer spring and return spring MUST BE IN HARMONY, a tiny bit off on the springs and no fire. Get it right, any power level is possible w correct springs. Valve pin will break around 65-70fpe, but I am currently mining space metals on the Moon 🌝 to make a replacement hard enough. 👍

Gotta discount code with honey save me like a hundred bucks puts this beauty at $899 in my personal opinion very very well with it. (The following does not relate to me but...) Especially good for home defense if you can't legally own a firearm. I think I'd like to compare this to a weak 300blk but I have yet to actually send some metal through one so I can't say for sure. In terms of numbers, I've heard that the impact force of a .30 out of the blitz is very close to a 9mm.
Now don't get me wrong, just because I haven't sent it with one doesn't mean I've never seen or been near one in person. I'm really jealous of the guy but he was out of ammo. He says the ammo can get kinda expensive. Edit: so yeah 27 mags at 16 each? Yikes yeah I can see how that's like almost $8-900. Second edit: did my math and research and it's actually $632.56 in Colorado.
@@macabespeed mac if you asked me id send you my AEA challenger .357 standard big bore with side leaver to test try and abuse and try to make it kill itself. along with the slugs and stuff i use. but only if you asked me, and id pay shipping both ways.nope wont trade for your blitz, that one is all you. some shop needs to send you one of these airguns i have , it spits alot at 30fps higher than the big9 you showed but some bullets it spits at a way higher power level powdered and coated bullets. it is just a different airgun altogether , the air cylinder is 600 not 500 and the sweet spot is 3800psi-2300psi oh i made sure mac, you can use 4100psi but it valve locks one shot and then power increases 3 shots but if started at 3800 it is smooth. kinda shoots like two different guns depending how its filled. in any case you would love it even bigger mag than the big9 smioles longer breach, pretty sure i could fit a 245gr single shot deffinitly a 230gr will fly. well enjoy the blitz

Is there anyway to increase power to hatsan invader? Also are all the problems that a blitz can face fixable? Did you ever had a blitz that you couldnt fix so you returned it?
@@macabespeed What is the max fpe after the power increase on the invader? I am between the blitz and the invader... The invader has too low power for me and the blitz is too problematic for 1000$ where it costs here in europe so I am not sure... If I could power up the invader I would go for it
I got a weak .25 from tye factory. Idk if the valve was small or what, but it was 31 fpe. Got it to 42fpe and broke then hammer spring. It had room for tuning. Probably gain 30-50 fps w a 25 blitz barrel on an invader because it’s longer
Looks awesome Mac but it is Still a hard pass for me. Got a buddy who just sent his back for the third time in less than a year. It is almost a year old and he has had it about a month in total. It is a 30 cal and some new mags need to be sanded down just to fit. They got to work on that quality control. Mags are too tight or too loose. I guess too tight is better than the loose ones so they can be fit. I wonder if gen 1 and gen 2 have slightly different dimensions for the clip. Might be the issue people are experiencing. A slight redesign perhaps or switch of manufacturing plants. They had a demo at rmac that had jams too so it is just part of the platform for now. The price you pay for full auto 😂 Maybe gen 3 or 4 might get better. For those diligent enough every platform can be a winner even lemons like cattlemen and blitz can be made better by the end user if skilled enough. Well done at improving the blitz. It looks good and hits at 100.
I have 9 mags. Maybe half of them had to be sanded down, or to simply have the screw tightened or backed out until it had the right amount of play when inserting it. Was well worth the 'effort'
Wow bro I'm looking for a rifle that if I purchase it it will work good after buying it for it's original price I'm not trying to complain but I can't afford to spend a whole nother rifles worth of money trying to get the first one to work correctly. I agree the blitz is 1 of the best home defense airguns but ill take my 357 terminator over the blitz any day wuth 150 fpe semi auto with 10 round mags yes not the shot count of the blitz but 3 times the power with 10 shots I'd rather be hit 18 times by a blitz than 10 times with a 9mm terminator
You make a good point about being more power but could you imagine in a close quarter situation having 16 of these zippy little 30 caliber rounds tearing up the flesh inside of a 1 inch group? Ouch lol

U may wanna reconsider the AeA, I got the 25 semi auto and its a pain to load the bolt wont stay back and the clips are finicky!

Those are thru bolts. They lock on the rail. Gotta tap em out and pull em

16 rounds at 50 fpe each. 800 FPE deposited on target in 1.16 seconds. Thats like birdshot from a 12 gauge shell in a 2square inch area.

How did you get your blitz to 65 fpe, after watching all your videos I’m going to get the .30 blitz.
I broke it multiple time to get it there. it isnt reliable that hot. get JSB hades to 680 fps and itll sewing machine till the cows come home. (cows dont come home btw)
@@macabespeed thanks for the advice, I’m also looking into a red dot and magnifier I’ll have to look back at some of your videos to see how you mounted it. 558+5X Sight Combo 558 Green/Red Dot I’m looking at this model for mine. It’s something different than just the scopes I usually use on my other rifles. I’m also going to grab one of those new 32 round mags so I’ll have to have clearance over the mag. Also looking at the Swamp Fox Kentucky long 2-12x44 Sharpshooter Grid MOA LPVO I have wanted this scope for a while hehe 🤗

I will stay with that 357 AEA and it's 81 grain smacker. The bigger bores eat air . Now if Blitz gets there shit together they will get the 357 on line . It's still way to dangerous to walk into but Needs the 357 power. I mean I'm pushing the same ballistics as the Colt 36 cal cap and ball firearm. Did you know Lewis and Clark had a pro hunter to keep them fed with a french air rifle.. worked flawlessly the whole trip.
Mac, I'm adding a new gun to the collection this Friday and if you had to choose between the Zeus 72 or the 30 cal blitz what would you choose....I am leaning heavily toward the Zeus but your vid is has me thinking about this one..I have two 5k Drozd .177 and a 600 rpm .22 SMG belt fed full auto and the blitz would be a nice addition to the full auto collection... But that Zeus is so bad ass.. I can't make up my mind now...What do you think..?

It’s the only way to remain sane. Chasing power is big math on these. The hammer spring and return spring MUST BE IN HARMONY, a tiny bit off on the springs and no fire. Get it right, any power level is possible w correct springs.
Valve pin will break around 65-70fpe, but I am currently mining space metals on the Moon 🌝 to make a replacement hard enough. 👍

Gotta discount code with honey save me like a hundred bucks puts this beauty at $899 in my personal opinion very very well with it. (The following does not relate to me but...) Especially good for home defense if you can't legally own a firearm. I think I'd like to compare this to a weak 300blk but I have yet to actually send some metal through one so I can't say for sure. In terms of numbers, I've heard that the impact force of a .30 out of the blitz is very close to a 9mm.
Now don't get me wrong, just because I haven't sent it with one doesn't mean I've never seen or been near one in person. I'm really jealous of the guy but he was out of ammo. He says the ammo can get kinda expensive.
Edit: so yeah 27 mags at 16 each? Yikes yeah I can see how that's like almost $8-900.

@@macabespeed mac if you asked me id send you my AEA challenger .357 standard big bore with side leaver to test try and abuse and try to make it kill itself. along with the slugs and stuff i use. but only if you asked me, and id pay shipping both ways.nope wont trade for your blitz, that one is all you.
some shop needs to send you one of these airguns i have , it spits alot at 30fps higher than the big9 you showed but some bullets it spits at a way higher power level powdered and coated bullets.
it is just a different airgun altogether , the air cylinder is 600 not 500 and the sweet spot is 3800psi-2300psi oh i made sure mac, you can use 4100psi but it valve locks one shot and then power increases 3 shots but if started at 3800 it is smooth. kinda shoots like two different guns depending how its filled. in any case you would love it even bigger mag than the big9 smioles longer breach, pretty sure i could fit a 245gr single shot deffinitly a 230gr will fly.

Is there anyway to increase power to hatsan invader? Also are all the problems that a blitz can face fixable? Did you ever had a blitz that you couldnt fix so you returned it?

@@macabespeed What is the max fpe after the power increase on the invader? I am between the blitz and the invader... The invader has too low power for me and the blitz is too problematic for 1000$ where it costs here in europe so I am not sure... If I could power up the invader I would go for it
I got a weak .25 from tye factory. Idk if the valve was small or what, but it was 31 fpe. Got it to 42fpe and broke then hammer spring. It had room for tuning. Probably gain 30-50 fps w a 25 blitz barrel on an invader because it’s longer
Looks awesome Mac but it is Still a hard pass for me. Got a buddy who just sent his back for the third time in less than a year. It is almost a year old and he has had it about a month in total. It is a 30 cal and some new mags need to be sanded down just to fit. They got to work on that quality control. Mags are too tight or too loose. I guess too tight is better than the loose ones so they can be fit. I wonder if gen 1 and gen 2 have slightly different dimensions for the clip. Might be the issue people are experiencing. A slight redesign perhaps or switch of manufacturing plants. They had a demo at rmac that had jams too so it is just part of the platform for now. The price you pay for full auto 😂 Maybe gen 3 or 4 might get better. For those diligent enough every platform can be a winner even lemons like cattlemen and blitz can be made better by the end user if skilled enough. Well done at improving the blitz. It looks good and hits at 100.

I have 9 mags. Maybe half of them had to be sanded down, or to simply have the screw tightened or backed out until it had the right amount of play when inserting it. Was well worth the 'effort'
Out of tye 4267 mags I have at least 3k got adjusted. 😂

I agree the blitz is 1 of the best home defense airguns but ill take my 357 terminator over the blitz any day wuth 150 fpe semi auto with 10 round mags yes not the shot count of the blitz but 3 times the power with 10 shots I'd rather be hit 18 times by a blitz than 10 times with a 9mm terminator
You make a good point about being more power but could you imagine in a close quarter situation having 16 of these zippy little 30 caliber rounds tearing up the flesh inside of a 1 inch group? Ouch lol
@@turbolag5107 yeah that would tear u up 16 shots 50 fpe coming fast 16 would be fatal but 16 but all together still only 800 fpe a 357 terminator yes semi auto which is more reliable a shot or 2 will shot someone and all ten shots coming as fast as u can pull is still 1500 but it's not about the whole energy a mag can generate its per shot as well as capacity which is why I'd rather have my terminator over a blitz or a s&w45 the 357 terminator is best of both worlds just my opinion but I really do love the feed back and convos
How many shots per fill for aea 357 with 700cc? How many shots is it useable (so doesnt really matter if the power decreases a little)
