1. your regional office may be near lakhsmi or you can ask any passport office . 2.you need to take passport with you.and if copy required it will be only first page .

My ID card has Sadiqabad as temporary and permanent address but I live in Lahore and I want to renew my passport from Lahore and that is why I need attestation from a BPS 17 Gazetted officer so I can renew my passport in the city I currently live in. I got my letter explaining where my temperorary address is attested by a MBBS Doctor who works as a Senior Demonstrator at a Government college. Will his attestation suffice? Kindly guide me it is urgent.
