Local partygame fanatic here, this game was published by Microids, french publisher of multiple licensed games like the Garfield Kart series, the new Asterix & Obelix XXL games and others. However, the developpers are Balio Studio which, to my knowledge, are exclusively making partygames or multiplayer-oriented titles. However, to me, this title seems like a really quick job as I see them re-using minigame concepts from "The Sisters: Party of the Year!" and their remake, "Titeuf Mega Party" and probably just re-uses the same engine as well. I was honestly a little curious about that title but after seeing multiple gameplay footages and your review, I'll definitely pass... I doubt this'll get a sequel, unfortunately. btw, the first Mario Party game has 6 starter boards, but it also has 2 unlockable ones making for a total of 8, Garfield is TOTALLY lagging behind lmao
I remember I left SpongeBob reruns on in the background, and they played an ad for this game. Not gonna lie, a game that isn't Nintendo getting an ad during a commercial break on Nickelodeon felt nice.
I have a feeling we'll see a new nickelodeon party game coming out soon and garfield will be there. The party genre is another genre that's underrated. I love games like disney channel all-star party, party panic, pac-man party, marooners, skelittle: a giant party, cake bash, mysims party, go vacation, my singing monsters playground, warioware: get It together, and kirby's dream buffet. I have spongebob lights, camera, pants but still haven't picked it up & played it. I wanna get wii party & wii party u since those look fun. mario party 5 is my favorite mario party game.
@June28July The kind of DLC that Garfield Lasagna Party needs is more playable characters, namely the cast of U.S. Acres/Orson's Farm, Jim Davis' lesser known comic strip better known for its animated adaptation on Garfield and Friends. If that were the case, I'd most likely play as Wade Duck, the duck who's afraid of nearly everything.
Is anyone else just tired of the oversaturation of licensed games recently? Outright Game and GameMill are two publishers/studios I'm beginning to hate. They pump bad to mediocre games at best and I swear the Superpets game was so dreadful
Sir you know for too many garfield characters off the top of your head to be healthy
The sad fact is I could have named a lot more. Justice for Doc Boy
"DONT CALL ME DOC BOY!!"

Mario Party is difficult to replicate, so much so that even Mario Party itself had its weaker moments.

Nevermind a sequel, how's about DLC? We live in the internet age!

Now imagine a general nicktoons mario party Clone.
Block Party (the Flash game):
The best Mario Party clone is Pummel Party, honestly a lot of fun
What a great channel. Instant sub 🎉
I would love if Irma,Jon, Liz or Herrman the Postman were playable in the game
Gotta catch them all
I love Garfield
I wonder if there would be any US Acres-themed mods or DLC, knowing their overlap.
US Acres seems like such a natural inclusion to bolster the character roster/boards/mini-games. No idea why they weren't included at all
Garfield's Wild Ride looks way more like a Jetpack Joyride clone than a Flappy Bird clone imo
So... *It's better to grind Fall Guys now for the SpongeBob content?* ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Absolutely lmao
That cool
When is avatar going to be?
Also hot topic Godzilla ps4 is an amazing game
Every time I see this game, I just have 1 question: why?
Why is this game a thing?
💰💰💰

@@CartoonReviewwhat do you mean by coming soon
No way this shit is real
okay it cool i guss
That is what happens when you don't let gamemill anywhere near your licenced game, it doesn't suck :)
all star brawl doesn't suck because it at least has a passionate dev team behind it
also if you watch the review its still not a great game
Game mills goosebumps game wasnt that bad albeit a little short. But i guess that's because it was co developed by wayforward
@@kaobunn Sorry but my sympathy meter is all out, all star brawl sucks.
@@matthewbraith0411 ok but you also claimed the garfield one doesn't suck even tho the video claims it does
its just not a dumpster fire
