Hey Michael G ... I’m new to this product. I have a question.. I know it works wirelessly but does it works from a sound activation when you actually playing music in the moment. Or am I missing a step or ideal on how it works?
I wish more manufactures would stick to established communications standards for DMX over Ethernet. Each manufacture producing their own propitiatory incompatible standard means either vendor lock in and system failure when a component fails, and the inablility to interconnect products. DMX512 on 3 or 5 pin XLR is an industry standard with standardized and interchangable parts. ADJ, Elation, Chauvet, Martin, Lightronics, etc using DMX can all be mix and match for a show. This didn't used to be the case. DMX, Lutron, EDI, and others each had their own protocol. There are remnants of this still out there. Unfortunately Wireless is currently in this mess and I hate to see more manufactures introducing more incompatable wireless and Ethernet links. When will this end? A propritory standard was Artnet for DMX over Ethernet. Due to liscense issues, an open competing standard Streaming ACN otherwise known as E1.31 took a foothold. The license holder for Artnet responded by allowing Artnet to be free to use. Most large shows and consoles such as Grand MA, Whole Hog, MA2, Lutron, Madrix, all use Artnet for DMX over Ethernet allowing normal Ethernet cable and switches to be used to distribute large shows. Alongside Artnet the E1.31 standard continues to grow. Some software supports both. Various manufactures such as Lightronics, ADJ, etc still continue to not use industry standards for DMX over Ethernet, Wireless, and DMX over wireless Ethernet. Why? This limits the scope of wireless products to pockets of incompatible products. Lightronics and ADJ wireless are not compatible. Only by going back to Wired DMX-512 do these products mix in a show. Please fix this. In the meantime I use either Artnet or E1.31 for DMX over Ethernet, or DMX over Ethernet over WiFi. Your dongle won' work with my software and your software won't work with my hardware. Please fix this incompatability. Running ADJ to the bridge, from the bridge to a tranciever for Lightronics, or Artnet simply adds congestion on the limited wireless spectrum. This means for large shows, the 2 universe ADJ interface is left out for 6 or more full universes of E1.31 from the LD to the stage. Interfaces for Artnet to DMX with full 4 universes are available for under $150. They are compatible with Madrix, or any software supporting Artnet or E1.31. Add a wireless router and interface and it is ready to run 4 full universes out of the box instead of a partial universe with an option to pay to upgrade later to one or two universes on top of the original cost. Add streaming ACN or Artnet compatibility and add this to the feature set. Currently it is incompatible with Madrix, Freestyler, Artnet, E1.31, etc.
29:00min in is THE best selling point of this unit! Definitely buying this! Shame the wifi won't work with Chauvet products though, I'm already too invested in their wifi stuff to swap over. Guess I'll be going back to DMX cabling everything!.

Google search them. Accept vendor lock in, or fund something more universal. From the desk I generally use either Artnet on Ethernet, Streaming ACN or E1.31. Both as Ethernet standards can be run over WiFi to get from the booth to the stage and rig. Just watch wireless congestion if you go DMX over WiFi, which includes the ADJ product. ADJ just uses their own propitiatory protocol which is incomparable with the other DMX over Ethernet products. They don't have the option of going wired in a venue with congestion unlike E1.31 or Artnet. The ADJ product is for smaller venues and the mobile DJ.
I use the airstream since a few days. It's really great, but how can I use it with the Airstream Pro Software???? It is impossible to connect the bridge with pro...no instruction in the www ???
ADJ DMX Pro app does not support ArtNet Broadcasting. It is not possible to control more than 4 ArtNet fixtures over Wifi. ADJ developers please add ArtNet broadcasting to your app 🙏🙏🙏
Great. I just followed along with the app and it doesn’t have the 11/13 ch UKing moving spots I use and it also does not have the Chauvet Scorpion Dual lasers that I use in its library. Story of my life. Looks like this software only lists the high end stuff from 5 manufacturers so I guess it’s not for me and my little low end fixtures. Oh well I guess I’ll just move on until I find something that fits my fixture needs.
If I have two barrels and two moving heads can I make a scene for both lights and be able to turn them on separately? So barrels scene and moving heads scene on/off with two buttons?
I have some Adj and I also have a few Chauvet fixtures that are not in the app...Chauvet offers a Show express profile on their site...can it be loaded somehow into the app?

My question is if you can program scenes and if it only works with adj products or you can also use chauvet and other brands
