My advice for finding resources to learn about running business and HR management is to reach out to your local college/university department of business. University professors are usually very passionate nerds who love any reason to talk about their subject. If they can't help you directly for some reasons, they can definitely recommend you some sort of resources to help you. Or go to a university library, they have so many random books that people use like once every decade. You are bound to find one on management.
At my local community college, we have a thing called SBC, small business center. It helps with creating, managing, guiding, financing, and so so so much more. They offer many different kind of seminars (usually an hour or two usually not more) so I definitely recommend looking for local colleges that can help a little more.

I didn't even skip on Senior Skip Day.
We finally made it to our local reptile show this past weekend! Much blelele! There were hognoses!!
Love hognoses. I'd like to get more for my collection. And I love what Emily and Ed do. These guys encouraged me to get the first snake, and I even created my own channel about my babies. Everything is because of this channel. Thank you, guys.
Boring lectures? No. Great reptile show? YES!!!!!
