As someone who loves bows, I remember people saying they were disappointed on how she was basically a Xingqiu, and almost everyone loves her, same with Yoimiya (people didn’t like her playstyle), was super glad I got them both, I think the only bow I don’t like is Childe (because I don’t consider him a bow)

Yoimiya's pewpews and Yelan's sonic speed will grace us again, surely.
If there's a Yelan main here, i want some tips(since i already got her weapon, so i also planning to pull her as well[forced by myself btw lmao 😂😂😂]): For the artifacts, which sets should i use? For the sands, should i use the HP or the ER? How much HP that she needs to maximize her damage?
For Artifacts: she does well with either a 4 piece emblem or a mix of 2 piece emblem, heart of depth, or tenacity. I personally like the 4 set emblem. Since you have her weapon I'd suggest going with an ER sands and HP cup instead of hydro cup UNLESS you can get close to 180 ER on her with sub stats, then You'll want an HP sands and hydro cup. You can put even less Er on her IF you have her at c1(should you get lucky or spend). Her HP should be around 24k at lv 80 without any team members (she has a passive that buffs her HP the more unique elements her team members have). And her crit ratio should be around 70:200+ with Aqua. Any other bow then she should have a standard 1:2 ratio
The previous comment was mainly about a support. I’m a main so tips comin right up. The best set is a two piece Heart of depth and a two piece Tenacity. Stack as much hp as you can. She doesn’t need pretty much any atk. All her skills scale of HP so at lvl 90 try and have 30-45k HP. Artifact wise: HP - Hydro Dmg - Crit value, for sub stats… HP, ER. Crit rate and Crit Dmg. You can level up all 3 of her talents since her normal atks have a special atk like ganyu. Bennetts burst doesn’t affect her dmg at all since he buffs atk and she doesn’t need atk. Better to have a vaporise team (pyro+hydro)or mona. For reference my crit dmg is 260 and HP is 40k and my crowned skill does 55k and my lvl 8 burst does 10k but increases overtime due to her passive skill. I don’t know if you’re gonna see this but goodluck :)

Yeah thats why i stopped doing azdaha he dies so quickly all the risks and gameplay gotten thrown out of the window and it becomes just a cut scene simulator once an op character or a whale enters the boss fight the rush of a good fight is gone😢

I just got yelan last night, and honestly I wanna level her up and get better artifacts soon, she’s such an OP character :D
For incentive, my yelan has 55k skill dmg and 102k on an opponent afflicted by pyro. Which is pretty decent. So farm heaps and good luck
Her artifacts should be HP artifacts bc she does dmg if her HP is BIG GIGANTIC

That’s the same for me. The only 5* bow user I’m missing is childe and that’ll stay the same.
I put both Xingqui and yelan on a vape team and the results are very satisfying
