Excellent heart doctor of uttar pradesh
Thanks
Dr Rajat Rawat. Best heart Doctor
is it necessary to even use the stilete if the runthrough is already in place? 🤔
Recommended in the literature provided with the product. Mostly because it is a very soft material and very prone to kinking.
@@hearthealthy i see, thank you for answering :)
Should we remove the Y connector?
No. Keep the y connector. Open the hub. Introduce the thrombo aspiration catheter with the stilete in place over the wire
Does inside myochordial bridge there is stenosis?
Most of the time myocardial bridge causes systolic compression of the Artery, but in some cases, with additional risk factors, patient may develop Stenosis/ plaquing within the myocardial bridge, especially at the proximal or distal edges.
Please do not remove the aspiration catheter without having negative pressure on it with a connected syringe..
Of course. That's a key point. Dislodgement of aspirated thrombus can be catastrophic.
