Big fan of no bake cakes too. That's the bit that always worries me. I made a lot of Christmas logs this year with shop bought swiss rolls. I bought lemon curd ones and covered them in lemon flavoured buttercream. Everyone said they were yummy. I had to confess lol. Hope Adam enjoyed his cake, gifts and had a lovely day.
