    The 36 coupe (both 3 and 5 window) is a handsome car . Glad to see it fixed with metal. Thanks for sharing.

    You'll never get 36 coupe skirts to fit now. Those fender patches are made to fit 40. Those old fenders had the correct wheel arch. You should have cut the bead from the old fender and cut the patch panel bead out. Wish i could post pictures

      Yes, the fenders were modified at some point prior to starting this project. 60s? So the original flush skirts definitely don’t fit. It will literally need the entire lip cut off and re-fabricated in order to make them work. Customer decided to go to bubble skirts instead. The patch panels say they fit 35 to 40. That may be true but definitely not without modifications. And actually the driver side fender, I think is a reproduction. The wheel arch was actually an inch farther forward than the passenger side. And none of the bolt holes lineup. I’ve never seen a fender like that and I’ve had 2 36s myself. May have been a replacement fender from the 40s? Who knows it fits now though

    great work I have a 36 Plymouth was thinking of getting this done was wondering ballpark cost and time. I would have to a lot of rust repair on fenders, thanks
