1. Check the German speaking Bauforum24 movies about 4 years ago. They started the workshop anew and made some great stuff. 2. The island table is a must. Decide if you incline more towards woodworking or iron welding, the type of the table depends on it. 3. Consider buying a three legged folded saw-horse for around 300 USD. Many brands available: Triton, Rockwell, Batavia. 4. Make a central dust suction installation. There are plenty ideas on YT. It helps a lot when cutting, sanding, etc. 5. Hang the bicycle on the wall. 6. Sort tools for workshop ones and takeaways.
Without throwing a bunch of money at it, I think the current setup is good. Maybe add another workbench as an "island." I personally like pegboard and have it at my workbench. I also have some packout, but realize it's super expensive for a whole shop setup. Unless you're just unsatisfied with the current setup, I think just adding more organization to what you've got would work just fine. I enjoy all your videos, and personally don't care about a polished backdrop

I'm not a big fan of pegboard either. Seems like a great shop you have. Not sure that I have any suggestions for setting up your space.

Scrap the pegboard, go Packout
