I never been to Russia but I tried some of them in North American local restaurants. I got addicted to it and wish I can visit Russia someday for a grand food tour ❤️❤️
🤩🤩Buckwheat with pork is the best because pork gives tons of fat flavor so if there was only beef or chicken never get it it's good but far from porky good :)
🤩yumz🤩Fish should smell a lot like fish and taste the same that's another thing a hate about USA most fish sucks out west and the Japanese style does it even worst they take fish and taste of fish completely out of fish so it taste like air try it once and not buying again eating air for so much cash not my thing :)
Hi! I'm really glad you loved the food so much. As a Russian from the south, I have never even heard of some of these food items, so it's all very interesting to know culinary traditions from other regions.
🤩🤩I love holodets it's a meat in jello it can be made with chicken or pork or beef probably pork or beef the best and jello is out of the broth of that meat with lots of garlic onion and other spices 0 sugar but only salty yumz... I'm sure you don't like it because you brain still can't get it how can the meat be in jello because out west jello is so sweet and fruity or chocolate hahaha
🤩🤩You know why meat smell strange to you because in USA there is no smell of real meat but only chemicals and GMOs even if they say out west no GMOs there is all over so the real meat smell you can get only in Russia and its so good so as the real meat taste Russians also feed cows and pigs and other differently :)
