there may be a special answer but even the thickest layers of polish come off of my riding boots with some saddle soap and the brush he uses, polish usually sits on top of the leather
@@emilywheeler9199 I'm trying to just use soap and water on a vintage coach bag, as recommended by coach, the bag is prone to scratches, it's in the British tan colour, and even after the wash and applebrand conditioner it's still scratching. Another collector suggested it's from shoe polish or waxy coating the previous owner used. I'll try to keep searching. Maybe I'll try Saphir reno if the saddle soap doesn't work. Thanks for replying!!
