    When standing up make sure to clear the legs so you don't get kicked in the face right before your escape

    Will the hip thrust work on a heavier person who is sitting on us? And taller than us?

      Umm is there any easy way to make it easy. Short and skinny or lean people are fast and have more energy and quickness I guess. Generally they have bones as a weapon rather than fat or muscle. So will engaging my hips to their inner bum or leg will make it easy?

      @@sambuddhachatterjee551 not really no. Your ability to work towards an angle and elevate their hips is what is crucial. Once you can do this you can start to recompose a guard and start escaping
