Garage Renovation ideas.

Hello folks. I'm just thinking out loud in this video. I need to do something with my garage/shop, and I've got some ideas, but I'm looking for some more from anybody that happens to watch this video. I'd appreciate any and all input. Thanks!
I'm also using a new Insta360 camera, that I haven't completely conquered the learning curve yet, so there are a few blurry spots in the video, and I'm not sure why, because supposedly it records in 5.7K resolution. But I'll figure it out at some point, so please bear with me until I hone in my recording skills.
I got nervous about talking on camera, so I forgot to say how much it would cost me to install the SwissTrax. For my appx. 900 sq. ft. garage floor, not including the two back rooms, it's costs between 3.00 and 4.00 per square foot. So just installing it in my main garage area would cost about 4,000.00 once you include the trim pieces etc...
