I think it’s good for people who have nails to hear the difference. I have medium length nails and when I bought something that someone with no nails sound tested on, I was disappointed that it didn’t sound the same.
@wednesdayaddamss-jc6jnusually I type with my nose, but I cannot find reviews, could you please make one? I also like car drive tests without wheels...
Can you make this video again with someone not having long finger nails so we can actually hear the switches instead of the clacking of the finger nails?
I said the same thing. They all sounded similar because of her nails. I have the wisteria linear switches as well as the sea salt silents. Have used both in the Epomaker RT100 keyboard. And the sea salt switches sound nothing like this video. I appreciate long nails as I have them myself, but for a sound test video, no nails is the best option.
Every time I think about it, I don't know if this is to show off the nails or to make me hear the sound of typing. I'm thinking is this purely the sound of the keycaps and keyswitches? Or is it the sound of the nail hitting the nail?
You bring up a good point. We'll make sure to minimize any external factors, like nail sounds, in future tests to give a more accurate representation. Thanks for your keen observation and feedback! 🎧👍
It was very hard to differentiate between the switch sounds. Everything sounded similar because of the nails. And the maybe move the mic some, it sounded like it was right by the space bar. I get the space bar is louder than the other keys, but it sounded like she was banging on it.
Which one is closest to a laptop keyboard? I like that I have to press down a bit to register a key, but not too much force where I have to "jam" my finger down.😔
some of both. But mostly you are hearing the nails. I have the wisteria linears & the sea salts. And let me tell you the sea salts are extremely quiet. Though some other factors are the key board as well as the key caps. I have the epomaker rt100 keyboard. One with stock key caps, & the other with MOA profile key caps, & putting the same switch in both , there is a difference in sound. I would love it if they did a video like this to showcase the switch sounds for all the keyboard lines, & just using the stock key caps that come on the keyboards. Would be a great way to really hear how they sound & the differences the board & caps make
This video would have been so much more useful if the person typing it doesn't have long nails. I appreciate the effort and time you guys had put together for this video but the clacking sounds of the nails tapping on the keycaps is so unbearable. It makes all the switches sound so similar with each other and they all have very unpleasant clacking sounds, even for the silent switches which is actually much more silent than it sounds here. Can you consider remaking this video?
one small doubt, did you do any mods to ek68? or is it just stock everything like stock kit , stock key switches etc. ? I got my wisteria switches i like them for the feel, but want them sound deep like yours in the video. I am wondering what kind of modding i can do to get some deep sounds like the video. I am using these switches on gmmk pro kit. Thinking of modding it, any suggestions?
hey epomaker team, i need some help with my ek68. i removed the tape mod while the board was already in bluetooth mode (ON), now the wireless mode is not working (both 2.4g & Bluetooth). i need help, how can i get it it repaired? i bought it from a third party website

The nails were incredibly distracting both visual and sound

Music to my ears. After replaying over n over. I believe the Budgerigar Switches sounds the best.

@@daniellefani9943 what u think abt the wistiriars
so real
I mean it doesnt help that she has long nails so how much of those are causing clicking sounds on the keys is a bit of a factor.
ya
flamingo switches is really good although you barely know if you actually pressed on the key because of how smooth it is lol
It would be really great if you sold a sample bag, with one of each switch included
Great suggestion!
@@Epomaker Yes! I just emailed you guys about this, please consider
this is SO HELPFUL!!!
I recommend someone who doesn't have long nails to type on the keyboard on your next video. I believe it affects the sound of the keycaps/switches.
That's a great point, and we appreciate the feedback. We'll make sure to consider this in our future sound tests. Thank you for bringing it up! 🎧🔊
I was going to say exactly this, I just heard the tiny clicks of finger nails on keycaps
I totally agree!!!

But, can you tell me which one gives us the best typing feeling? You can name the best 3.
These videos aren't accurate because of the long nails adding to the clack sound :/
😂
SO which one is the loudest ?
So which one do I buy?
Love the sound of the nails, where can I get some
😂😂😂

Nails hitting the keyboard or switch sound?
sounds more like nails considering the sea salts are supposed to be silent switches

Are your fingernails creating an additional sound? Kind of ruins the demonstration.
what is the best switch in your opinion guys? feel like leobog reaper is the best one for me as on the aula 75 it sounds fantastic
so which one is the more silent for typing?
Hello!
If you are using these long nails, we can't have a real sound of the typing...because what we hear is only the nails hitting the keycaps.

which case are you using ?

Try putting a pad under the board first. That might be a good first step before modding
Great advice!
Put more lube on the switches normally make it sound deeper. We didn't but you could try.

Most likely the wireless module is loose, better contact the seller directly.
