This was the first time they had even traveled (let alone played a show) outside of Southeast Asia, the first time they had even visited (let alone played a show) Europe, and first time they had been to countries that had restrictions on wearing veil and headscarf. So, with all of that, plus the huge weight of representing women, representing Indonesia, and representing Muslims, do they play it safe, not speak out? Nope, it's "f-ck you, I won't do what you tell me"! Iconic and legendary!
