I really appreciated watching this. After a stressful day in this shitty world right now this was cool. I especially liked the first person camera view from inside the truck. Thank you! To the 492 who gave thumbs down you can suck it!
0:36 That rock under the rock rail literally saved it from going over right there. I run those same exact tires on my Redcat and love them. Slow it down to half speed and watch. You're welcome.
i own a "real" Jeep Wrangler and watch these RC videos all the time. this video is the absolute BEST i've ever seen of a RC Jeep or ANY RC 4x4! i cannot BELIEVE the stuff you got this "rock climber" to power through or climb over!! i just couldn't quit watching this. the suspension flex on this truck is just AMAZING as is the strength of the 4x4 drive line. i kept watching for a broken drive shaft or twisted axle but this baby just kept "digging and climbing!" i just LOVE this video! i've also got to say the creek bed or under bridge or where ever the hell you filmed this is about as perfect of a setting for a RC 4x4 video that i've ever seen on TH-cam and i waste hours a day watching these videos. Thanks for posting this!

honestly i hate watching rc crawlers, but this was super enjoyable. i like the pace you're ripping through stuff. the weight balance on that rig is insane. great job

Dude, this idea of shooting this video at 120fps and slowing it down 2 times is brilliant, because it feels like it's not an RC model, but a real Rubicon. The video does not have the artificiality that is inherent in ordinary videos of a similar genre (the car turns like a real one and does not shake much). Good model, good place, good video.
Really nice ride! What have You done with suspession that is so real?! All RC are jumping, it is very easy to recognize that is toy. Your car thanks to suspensaikn is like real one! Please deacribe what have You done? On the movie we canceal that car has weight. There is any additional load ?

Truck is a little top heavy looking and seemed to near tip in a few places. Maybe a bit more oil in the shocks could help stabilize the body roll but the filming was really good. Nice editing brought it all together and made for an attention holding video. What scale is that JK? I'm getting out of the super performance and into the simulation stuff thinking either 1/10 or 1/8 scale
@@HoonsRC good to hear. I'm heavily leaning toward a 1/10 scale toyota hilux. 3 speed transmission, locking differentials front and rear, with upgradeable parts for future adjusting will be nice to get my kids into the hobby with me (fingers crossed)
Nice. One of the most realistic moving as far as gravity/weight physics. Still need a lil more weight, and then the shocks to compensate. Usually they look good but move with incorrect physics. Good job.

What is your shock set up love the way moves
Remove oil and "O" rings John, yes you'll lose performance, but you'll never go back lol, add weight also. Best wishes.

You can actually see the weight of the vehicle by how it moves the rocks around. Most videos the thing looks super light and bounces over stuff

The total weight is about 5kg.
It looks heavy because of the slow motion effect.
What camera did you use at 3:46?
