Tbh the real reason why they got Lester is because he was James Wiseman's roommate and PG in Memphis and it was a cheap way to make the big ticket comfortable and happy! Ironically enough Lester picked up the Dubs motion offense waay faster than Wiseman and took JP types of leaps each year. Unfortunately, I don't think he would be able to get any mins on any win now teams, especially on such a guard heavy team. He can fosho be a starter on a lottery team but Nah Kerr ain't about to give him a sec outside of blowout games.

He'll be guarded some good defenders but I don't think many elite will end up on him. I think the point will really be moot, all he has to do is hit open shots not splash in people's faces.

Lester has more IQ than Moody and Kuminga can read the defense and make the right choice on the fly, his ofense and defense is needed by Golden State. He can be the glue guy on the second unit, he is gonna improve more with Kerr,Curry, Klay,Draymond and paul.

If the Kings didn’t have several players disappear in the playoffs and Curry didn’t have a historic 50 point game in game 7, the Kings would have dropped them. They really should have dropped them. The Kings probably would have beaten the Lakers as well. The Warriors are no longer the same team and CP3 and this guy are not going to help. The Warriors should go into rebuild sooner than later.

I half agree with you. I think the difference is Quinones is being considered for the 13th or 14th roster spot, not a premier role with the second main unit, like other players who balled out in Summer League but didn't amount to anything -- Anthony Morrow... I envision Quinones playing spot minutes against opposing teams' second unit and leaving the heavy lifting to our future hall of fame starters. I believe he can thrive in that role.
