It should be useable in Arena from the start as devs intended. Nonetheless, the higher the skill level the better it is of course, that goes without saying.

its quite meh, it doesn't really come into effect most of the time imo, rarely useful

We already have support,warrior and mage so the next mythic maybe a defender.
