- Anapana is the first step in the practice of Vipassana meditation. Anapana means observation of natural, normal respiration, as it comes in and as it goes out. It is an easy to learn, objective and scientific technique that helps develop concentration of the mind.
Observation of the breath is the ideal object for meditation because it is always available and it is completely non-sectarian. Anapana is very different from techniques that are based on the artificial regulation of breath. There are no rites or rituals involved in the practice or presentation of Anapana.
Anapana provides a tool to deal with the fears, anxieties and pressures across all age groups. Besides helping to calm and concentrate the mind, Anapana help people to understand themselves better and gives them an insight into the workings of their own minds. Because of its simplicity, the technique is easy to understand and practice.

Vipassana ke smey man me Jo bhi khayal ate h usse Jo svadhna hoti h us pr dhyan le Jana chahiye ya body ke upar ki sensation pr dhyan rakhna chahiye
First accept that my mind is diverted ( don't make any analysis about thought, it may be either Good thought, Bad or neutral)then without any anxiety or frustration come back to the present moment,( i hope you completed atleast 1 Vipassana course)if you able to observe the sensations then observe them from head to feet and from feet to head. If you cannot observe the sensations, then observe the respiration , if you find difficult to observe the normal respiration then better do slightly hard breathing ( not to hard ). Then after some time you find that mind becomes calm then come back on natural, normal breathing observe , then eventually you will able to observe the sensations.
( Don't give importance to the thoughts, they come and pass )
Don't supress them , neither give importance to them. Just accept that my mind is diverted, and then observe respiration or sensations. Either way just be aware and fully conscious in the present moment.

Aap unn bure vicharon se peecha jhudana chah rhe ho? Uski jagah bas usko ek vichaar k roop mein dekhen! Acha ya bura na judge karein. Accept kijiye Jo bhi feel hota hai..... Jitna accept karenge utna mann shudh hota jayega.

Kya नजला जुकाम में राइट नाक बंद रहता ह तब अनापन सती ध्यान कर सकते ह यह ध्यान करने पर केवल लेफ्ट नाक से ब्रेथ होगी तब शरीर में ठंड नही बड़ेगी क्या? कृपया जरूर शंका का समाधान करे ध्यानवाद

Please dont mind for my suggestion Aap shyad Aanapan ko Pranayam ki tarsh soch rahe hai left nostril ko right nostril Surya naadi & left Chandra naadi aisa Anulom Vilom Pranayam me hota hai Aanapan me Hume sirf sahaj prakrutik ssas ko sakshi bhav se kewal janana hota hai jaisa hai waisa observe karna hai aur Pranayam me khud prayatnapurvak kisi particular nostril se hi SaaS inhale & exhale Kiya jata hai ye Aanapan hai Pranayam nahi is liye kuch nahi hoga.
