hi Shani S, i am trying to understand your query,
1. 9.07 i copied yellow dotted line.
2. After that, gave outer glow
3. Outline color: white
4. Paste in place, before i copied 9.07.
5. Expand
6. Gave gradient fill color to dotted line.
