@mrfreeman1995 I tried to be transparent as possible. I hate when people 'hide' the fact that a video is sponsored. I made sure to be very clear, while also delivering a tutorial.
@IceflowStudios i appreciate that. so many tutorials are just exactly what some guy did that got the result he wanted, without realizing that some of the steps void previous ones. (because he was experimenting)
I love your tutorials, so nice to watch and hear a tutorial that is clear and cuts straight to the chase. Admittedly they can be a bit fast to follow, but hey, that's what the pause button is for. Thanks so much for sharing all your fantastic knowledge. I'm a real fan.
@TristanIsfeld I definitely plan to create more 'big' tutorials in the future. I'm currently working on something that's occupying most of my time. Once that's finished, I'll plan more complex tutorials. Thanks for watching!
Hi there! I would just like to tell you that probably most viewers don't mind that you advertise your sponsors for half a second - to get a great tutorial in return. Keep it up, I love your tutorials!
@matheusrl1 You won't get the same 3D effect, but you could duplicate the text layer a bunch of times (hold down Alt/Option and press down/right), then merge those layers together. It's not easy. :(
Another great tutorial, I noticed in this one in particular you seemed to use a lot of blend mondes. It's the one area of Photoshop that remains a mystery to me, have you ever considered doing a tutorial that focuses on Blend modes, what each one does and how they can be used? It's great to be able to copy your ideas, but understanding the principles behind them is the real key to unlocking the power of Photoshop.
Definitely do more text effects tutorials to get different looks. I work for a small publisher, specifically with cover design so I'm always looking for new ideas to make titles stand out. :)
@IceflowStudios Mate, did you make the actual poster for the show? You can make the text, the background looks like Filter>Render>Clouds and maybe a little bit of editing like a slight, subtle blur.
Excellent again. I don't know how one can learn photoshop at home without a great deal of time, heartache and groping in the dark. I would like to know why the chosen names for elements are given.
@194Anonymous then it must be some thing wrong with your computer/browser.. i just watched in in Toronto and it was fine. try using a different browser
A lot of thxx iceflowstudio...but there is something i want to konw is how to get the sharpen effect on the people dress i don't talk englis well. but i hope you undestand what am saying.
Hi, hope you good, I was thinking how you done a in-depth tuts for pen tool can it be done same for layer styles. Mostly to understand layer style and to use it over and over like you do. Thanks.
THANK YOU! and to anyone who mentioned that it did not come out the same, mine didn't either, but very similar, make sure in the beginning you don't accidentally hit "cover overlay" to make it orange... I made that mistake. Thanks again, great tutorial.
Wow.. you are brilliant. I actually have a question, so if you get this, please consider, because I would love it =). Could you perhaps do some of your tutorials with Photoshop Elements? I don't have the money to purchase the full version of Photoshop, and I doubt that I'll ever have the money, unless I go into a field where Photoshop is required. But I do however, have PSE 8.0, and I would love to see a tutorial that I can actually try for myself. Thanks!
thanks for the tutorial, can you do an updated version of the 3d-part for cs6+ maybe? i'm stuck there with photoshop cs6. once i convert it to 3d i lose all the layer styles, and if i just put the old layer above the 3d layer it doesn't look right, since the original layer styles included conture, which the 3d object doesn't have... any clue/tip/hint for me? :)
Love the tutorial! However, when the font i'm using has a closed A. When I do the 3D effect, it fills it in with a solid colour, and doesn't make it 3D. Is there any way to fix this? I was also wondering if there was a way to make the letter's debossing deeper, to get a deeper box effect?
@TristanIsfeld Really? I've tried watching it but the video says "This video contains content from Fullscreen 2, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. Sorry about that." Have I clicked the wrong video or something?
When on the patterns selector (where you should see the tiles): 1. Click on the little gear wheel to the right 2. Select the option named "Patterns" near to the bottom 3. Enjoy 🔥
Best way to do sponsored videos; touch on it but don't ram it down the audiences throats and give them so content, for that I and others are likely to actually go and view it. Thank you and bravo!
Very cool! An old theater bf of mine is in it. He's the one on the lower right hand side :-) Love the font!!
you're the king of layer styles!
@mrfreeman1995 I tried to be transparent as possible. I hate when people 'hide' the fact that a video is sponsored. I made sure to be very clear, while also delivering a tutorial.
I like how quick, fast ans hort it is! No unneeded words. Thanks, keep up with that!
@IceflowStudios i appreciate that. so many tutorials are just exactly what some guy did that got the result he wanted, without realizing that some of the steps void previous ones. (because he was experimenting)
@MLuminary I record the audio beforehand. :)
@Murtain Thank you. Glad you found it useful!
@Kyuubi58GAMER Just a simple radial gradient.
You are my master ! I watched most of your films and I learned a lot about photoshop .
Thanks man
@SnowKitty33 It's similar to the ALT key on a PC.
Iceflowstudios is the KING of Photoshop.

@harial More coming. :)
@TristanIsfeld I definitely plan to create more 'big' tutorials in the future. I'm currently working on something that's occupying most of my time. Once that's finished, I'll plan more complex tutorials. Thanks for watching!
Oh its good
@IdeaTherapy Forgot to include it. Most of my tutorials start with a 1280x720 document.
Hi there!

@IceflowStudios
Did you make the poster for the show? The text, as you show in the video, you can do. The background looks like a basic Clouds
@05faber I guess it's US only. Sorry. :)
@IceflowStudios
Mate, did you make the actual poster for the show? You can make the text, the background looks like Filter>Render>Clouds and maybe a little bit of editing like a slight, subtle blur.
im very glad to learn something new today, thanks a lot!
Se ve que es un programa para diseño gráfico es útil
@194Anonymous oh i thought that you were talking about the video. i think the pilot is only for the US so use a proxy form US and view it.

@BoyOfLol I will be providing Photoshop Elements tutorials in the future. At this point, I don't have a timeframe, but it's coming.
@IceflowStudios how do you your colored backgrounds with soft light in the middle ?
@IceflowStudios Hey do you know how to backup photoshop settings and UI changes?
I love you howard, keep on doing your tuts,.
@194Anonymous then it must be some thing wrong with your computer/browser.. i just watched in in Toronto and it was fine. try using a different browser
How did you go to the layer style dialogue box?
@shayww I'm sure there are similar tutorials out there. I try to leave out as much unnecessary garbage as possible. :)
Thank you very much, just what i need for my work
It says that the video is unavailable when you click on the link in the description :(
I do like in the UK so that may be why.
A lot of thxx iceflowstudio...but there is something i want to konw is how to get the sharpen effect on the people dress i don't talk englis well. but i hope you undestand what am saying.

@kaiZEr2618 Usually you can find stuff like that on google.
I get lost right after you draw the circle. I don't see the color layer displayed next to my circle I. The layers tab. Please help!
@TristanIsfeld Really? I've tried watching it but the video says "This video contains content from Fullscreen 2, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. Sorry about that." Have I clicked the wrong video or something?
