Thanks for watching! I have been thinking about something in that vein. Problem is I can really irritate people if their building lands on that list 😆. It's an easy video to make. What are your bottom 3 if you made the list?
@@sandiegoneighborhoodinsider I don't know enough about enough buildings to say which are the worst. And anything judgement I would make would be unscientific. Perhaps you could look up lowest priced per sq. ft. and draw an inference from there. Especially if they are next to buildings that have good value per sq. ft.
I like it. I think most people like it but it’s out of the price range for most. It’s newer than everything else in the Columbia and Marina Districts (except Savina). I always recommend taking a look at Savina if you are considering Pacific Gate. I think the location on Savina is slightly superior. Although the majority of the views are probably better at PG.
i’ve noticed since watching some of your luxury high rise apartments videos, you don’t mention spire lol im curious as to why? i dont hear to much about that building 👀
I sent you a message on instagram with more details. This video was limited to condo high rises. I didn’t include any apartment (all rental) high rises. Thanks for watching 👊🏻
+@bigradwolf5001 several luxury high rises will have a unit owned by the HOA collectively and available to reserve and use by any HOA member. The expense is usually included in monthly HOA fees. Hardly free as most of the monthlies for HOA luxury high rises are close to and north of $1k. There might be nominal fee for cleaning and or deposit.

I wish you would add floor levels and rooftop view deck. I was also looking for billiards or snooker hall and table tennis hall.
Any one to 2 bedroom apartments available in the Renisance building and how much?
To rent or to buy? I’m seeing some options for both 👍🏻
@@sandiegoneighborhoodinsider to buy
Everything is "luxury" now so idk what the difference is as this point
That is a very true statement. Thank you for watching 👊🏻

What does Guest Suites mean? Are those free to use by guests of residents?
