NEW SOLUTION NSPro + NSF22 DIGITAL LABEL PRINTING - KTEC GROUP UK

The NSPRO is a compact digital label press printing high quality colour labels at speeds up to 18 Metres per minute.
The NSF22 is a companion digital finisher can be used off-line or in -line with NSF22 whereby the labels are optionally laminated for durability before a choice of digital plotter cutting for complex shapes or servo rotary die cutting for speed. Finished labels are waste removed before optional slitting to lanes and winding to finished rolls ready for hand or machine apply to products.
The NSPRO and NSF22 are both equipped with a digital web steering guide so print images and cutting alignment is perfect at all times. The printer can register and print onto pre-cut labels for small runs in a stand-alone configuration and for versatility but can take plain rolls of low cost label media up to 1000 metres at a time for efficiency of longer runs and automated cutting and finishing in one pass with the NSF22. The build quality far superseeds most digital finishers on the ,market. This video shows some of the features of both machines.
