I need to clean the Throttle Position Sensor on my PCX 150 about every 3yrs. Symptoms are hesitation/coughs after rapid throttle increases. You can clean them with a good squirt of electrical contact cleaner spray and then reinstall to save sending it to landfill and also to save buying a new TPS. I'm now at 75,000km on the original TPS.
Dude holy shit I think you helped me finally figure out what's wrong with my PCX; where did you get your sensor and how much do they run for? Also do you think it's possible to replace by removing just the side panel? It looks like you completed removed your bucket and everything else lol
