hello, after 2 years of installation, when it rains, the water does not drain, it remains in the container and is the flood in the bucket. How to clean the container ?

It'll be the drain tube that are blocked....I had the same trouble....take the lid off the container and you can see the drain tubes ...poke them clear and that should fix it...sorted mine....😊

My rolltop has been mounted asymmetrically by the installer, and now there is a significant gap (about 1cm) on the left side that lets rain in. Is it possible to adjust the fitting of the rolltop post-installation?
