    Getting spicy 😏
    100-150kmh within 3.5-3.6 sec
    100-170kmh(redline) ~5.5 sec.
    The 140-150kmh/5800-6200rpm increment is 0.5 sec which basically with 1500-1520kg is average 450whp on the street without accounting for losses of rolling resistance and air resistance. The assumption from previous estimation and calculations that is near 500whp that as the loss to overcome is within 45-49whp 140-150km/h. That's what the quick physics calc states in third gear atleast, will be fun to see the dyno in near future hopefully 😎
    Torque is basically aimed in at typical 580-600nm region how it is setup right now. Power is aimed and try to keep efficiency towards 560-570hp perfectly in sync with compressor map in terms of pressure vs airmass. Somewhat linear power all the way and not trying to blow the transmission out, giving it more longevity.

      If I remember correctly we had it at 47lbs/min so the turbo was at its max on top. Made a drawing of the compressor map with the full powerband to give us a visual.
      Max 1600mg/c we used at 5500-6300rpm, original MAF calibration table supports max 1700mg/c on the T7 tho.
      1.5bar/ boost peak on top end.
      But it was choking out by the turbo-back exhaust, exhaust cam and leaks that emerged. Wasnt 100% until Jonas sold it and were on pump gas/petrol which flowed crazy amounts more and made potentially more power even. Held 1600mg/c all the way out to 6800rpm.
      2" is some small pipes indeed 😄

      @@ArturssonEngineering I find it astonishing that a 3,5" DP is restrictive at such "moderate" power outputs. I've read your thread on TT regarding exhaust back pressure, and have no doubts what so ever of your figures. But it makes a guy wonder how much boost the "old school" tuners actually forces into the engine to accomplish that figures..

      @@willelidlThank you! The old fashion way they just shoved the engines with 2.5-3.5bar of boost with very limited results funny enough.
      Im currently as we speak, working on updating the backpressure thread even further giving more examples.

    I can easily agree that it takes a lot of time to sort out all issues. But when it's done it will run for many years giving sooo much back to you. I have had my og9-3 2.3T for 14 years. The first 5 years were a continuous learning and testing process. But after that the path has been rather straight. And based on what Joel writes in his comment I guess my guesstimate of 400hp is not so good. It takes 3 sec dead 100-150km/h on 4th gear (F28 so similar to 3rd gear for Jonas'). It weighs 1520kg incl me and full tank.

      Stefan to me that sounds like an minimum 700nm/500hp acceleration to get 1520kg start going like that ;)

    Du borde skaffa ny SID och sen ” plasta”in knapparna. Läste någon tråd angående något liknande problem med slitage och dom pratade om att Tesa? Hade någon genomskinlig film man kan dra över knapparna så slits dom i princip aldrig lite blankare blir dom men vad gör de.
    Även se över din GoPro. Ibland laggar videon som om den tappar FPS lite distraherande.
    Kul att bilen går som den ska igen!

      Är remskivan nedsliten där packboxen ligger emot så blir det ej tätt, även med ny packboxen.

    Did it leak any new oil? As I told you in previous video, my stopped when fixed the top cover and oil return line.

    Hey guys, could somebody give me some help... we've got a 06 9-3 1.8i saab. I would like to fix the cruise control, but have no idea what should I check and so on... any tips?

      Not sure about the 9-3, but on my 9-5 it's common that the actual turn signal stalk sliding button for the cruise control fails. I'd change out that before anything.
