Yes I remember the years I enjoyed "Friends" so very much and hurt equally bad whenever Ross and Rachel had to undergo their breakups. I hurt real bad. Yes it's only a script but the feelings portrayed by both of them were so believable and I still hurt during reruns.
The reason I prefer Roschel over Mondler is because of all the fights and on/off relationships all lead to that moment when they got back together in the series finale with Rachel getting off the Plane was all worth the wait ... at the other hand you get Mondler a typical “ healthy “ relationship that are just there to be another couple on the show . For me Mondler was a boring couple that killed Chandler’s humor and ruined his relationship with Joey .
