    Since we are going to be stationary for a while in Colorado, we got skirting. Luckily, everything is underneath the skirting and we have 2 100lb. Propane bottles with our three 30 gal. Propane bottles as back up. We use the heated blue water hose and my BLU Technology water filtration system is inside my small cargo bay and inside a black storage tub (just in case). -Pete

    Propane usually runs out in the middle of the night and you wake up wondering why your nose is cold.

    I have followed you for several years now and always learn something new from each video. Not full-timers but have been camping/RVing since my scouting days (so over 50 years). Currently have a 5th wheel and average 50-65 nights a year. I'm interested in the GoBlu systems and excited about their bleach free sanitization product out talked about. Wondering which of their filtering systems would be best for me.....your 3-stage system seems overkill for us we do use an in-line hose filter and Brita pitcher for all drinking water.

      @@jimrusso7096 Hey Jim! Definitely appreciate you watching for the past few years. Have you looked into maybe Blu Techs solo unit? A way to save some money.
      It’s a one canister 0.2 micron filter you can put under your kitchen sink. You’d still want to run an inline hose filter outside to filter out sand and sediment but then the 0.2 micron filter under your sink would give you safe drinking water to your kitchen faucet.

    Cody, keep dropping them secrets until you finally get them airhorns and onboard compressor.

    At 9:00, What is the bright green segment in your sewer hose near the start of the hose?

    • @WhyWait
      @WhyWait  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It’s the end of my sewer hose that connects to other part.

    I really don't understand the leaving a propane tank closed. We always keep both open and have the Mopeka sensors as well.

      I can’t speak for all tire pressure monitor systems but for the most part and for the TST which I use yes you do 👍🏼

    Do not leave water dripping even if your grey tank valve is open. A neighbor left her water dripping and tank valve open. She woke up to a grey tank valve frozen open and her sewer hose frozen. It was during the time Texas froze over for several days. I had an extension section of sewer hose I gave them, but that didn't solve how to close the tank valve. Her husband wasn't a happy man crawling in the snow and Ice in single didget temperature trying to get to the grey tank to thaw the valve. Since then I've warned others about this and they, too had a simular problem. They were lucky enough that it got warm enough the next day that things thawed.

    I do watch Cody and his wife, so she colors her hair. And I TRY TO avoid the BIG COLD. When big cold I will run off holding tank. And All water gets filtered in my fresh water tank.
