Better to spend money for the homeless USA citizens than throw it at illegals who breached security and here now getting all sorts of benefits that we are paying for.
We need more programs that are ready to go for local churches to utilize when there are people seeking help, we need to refrain from making big facilities for treating the homeless because it simply turns into a business. We also need to stop trying to help everyone, and focus on those seeking help, when all who want to be helped are helped, we can begin to nag those in need of help but refuse it.
Taxpayer funds support these homeless camps. Who's to say it won't be your turn to rely on them one day? Homeless camps offer a viable solution to the issue of homelessness, providing safer shelter than the streets. With proper management, these camps could serve as rehabilitation centers, equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive in the future. Investing in such initiatives is a step towards addressing the problem, and I'm willing to contribute my taxes for this cause. It's a more meaningful allocation of resources compared to funding illegal immigration, proxy wars, and foreign aid. Our priority should be aiding homeless Americans.
Do you want to be protected in the Day of Disaster? The promise ofJahova is that He will shield you if you help the poor. Psalms 41:1-3 [1]Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. [2]The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. [3]The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.
That is a great way to launder money san francisco did this same thing and ended up laundering 100s of millions of dollars doing this after about 4 years they scrapped it and everyone is homeless again lol
I think people should use this opportunity to get straight in a place that is more safe than on the street. You can try to quit drugs and alcohol. Help getting clean clothes, and slowly try to get a part time job. Its not supposed to be a permanent solution for people.
@@ParkerPlaza Well in that case its even better. They should not have to live there for 4 years or more - it should be easier for them to establish a life.
The fact is that these homeless lots, including JFS in San Diego, are entirely useless to the population of homeless people capable of writing their own name. They spend millions on programs that equate to three porta-potties and a parking lot that would go unused overnight anyway, anyway, and then say they're helping. The extent of their social work goes about as far as helping mentally deficient and ill people who need treatment, fill out paperwork. Nobody is getting into any stable housing with these programs. Not one person. Thats because you need a living wage and fair rent prices, two things that don't exist for the poor in the U.S.

It's all about seeing the humanity in all people. Someone indifferent to undocumented persons is just as indifferent to unhoused persons.
