I love what she said about loving people just because they get up in the morning, not based on how loyal or sold out they are, but because they get up and show up.

Fa real! It is also an adjustment I need to make to my definition of love, appreciation and respect. We use those terms often but this shows what it should include too

By far one of my favourite leaders on the planet - Cynt is incredible! We are praying for Kenny and your family. Just downloaded the book. Thank you for your incredible sacrifices and commitment to listening, leading and loving.

Cynt talks about her credo: Learn, Listen, Love. Have you ever had a leader who listened carefully to what you said and even to what you didn't say? How did that focused care make you feel?
Thanks to everyone who entered the Lead Like It Matters giveaway! Winners have been announced in the episode description!

She commands that one and all adhere to her DEI grift....or else!! Hardly falls under the "listen and love" nonsense she wants you to believe.

Words ad space here cannot adequately convey the diverse, succinct lessons in this interview. The substance is one thing, the way it is articulated in words as well as through body language and by life experience; ...thank you both for sharing and for showing us. Thank you.
Truly I heard what was said and what was unsaid. May I apply the many lessons to my own sphere. Thank you.
Will keep you both in prayer. You both are awesome leaders!

She's living the servant leadership as Jesus taught us. The first will be the last and the last will be the first. To be great among them you need to serve them... Always look to the interest of others more than ourselves.
