I think you guys are AMAZING parents...but I would like to humbly suggest that for the next beach trip you put white t-shirts on the toddler boys, and put beach hats on all the toddlers :-)
If you are speaking of it as sun protection, a white tee shirt only provides less than 7 spf, once wet it’s only about a 2. They make rash guards that provide more protection but using regular sunscreen is better protection than a tee shirt.
