I only do sumo and trapbar because of a crooked plate in my lower back I stay away from conventional I know too many people that have screwed there back doing it.
2:56 Sal, that's exactly what I did too, and now my conventional feels decently good. I'm now only doing conventional and doing Deadlift accessories to increase my Deadlift
I took them out of my workouts and I feel better, my lower back was starting to hurt, the problem with deadlifts is that they're a compound exercise, so if you do them for leg day and you did back the day before it's just painful, same problem the other way around
Trapbar or RDLs feel much better for me
