I cant get over how much time and effort this fella is investing on basically a junk casing. They wont recap a tire like that. That casing injury is too catastrophic and now you have a giant rolling liability. That is not a normal tire, that tire takes probably close to if not 100psi when mounted to vehicle that tire could kill someone all by itself, it dont even need mount on truck. I just cant trust a tire like that supporting a heavy truck. That sidewall aint half the man it used to be.

Sidewall repairs on high-speed vehicles or high load vehicles are totally unacceptable. You're unwittingly plotting to get someone hurt or even die. Low speed or low load applications, have at it if you're the only person who's going to be using that tire.
