I've never made a gift basket like that. I am not that creative..LOL...I have used a decorative bag and put stuff in it though. There sure were a lot of great items at the dollar tree. I haven't been in ours in a while...I need to go again. Think I'll make it an outing with my 2 sisters. It will be fun.
