I've tried this technique so much. I found out that you get this effect based on the consistency/viscosity of the resin and sometimes even the elevation on where you live actually affects resin too!

It would’ve been better and more helpful if you mentioned the quantity of the mica and the time given to it before pouring, n if you had torched it or used heat gun

You need a low viscosity resin for this effect.
