If you are good in convincing skills and if you don't hesitate to go on field for sales then you can join this programme, but if you are not good in convincing skills, I personally advised you to not join this programme, moreover the things which they are teaching in manipal is not sufficient and it is not relevant also, they should teach how to handle customer request, how to handle customer objection , how to convince people for accounts, mutual funds, because in branch people will teach u operations but no one will teach u sales, so i personally recommend don't waste your money and time, rather do something else
