The last part you said one should join CASA department of any bank, work for 3-4 months, then he will be able to know how a private bank works and on the basis of that he can take the decision to join the Course... This is very good suggestion..
I had been working at Indusind Bank as a BDE for 1.5 years. Then I joined Bandhan Bank as a Senior Sales Executive with executive grade. Here I have completed only 1 month and now I got offer from HDFC Bank for Customer Care Executive role (Assistant Manager grade). They are offering me 40% hike from Bandhan Bank's salary. What should I do???

@@abheysharma6579Mai already iss program kar chuka hu 2020 march batch me .October me joining hua tha hdfc bank me.Private bank me 80% kaam sales ka hi hota hai.Baki 20% operations ka .Agar sales pressure handle kar sakte ho toh thik hai.I have left the organization in May 2021.

If you are going to do MBA please choose a good college where placement comes otherwise you already have a good experience of work that your can get a job without doing MBA. Also if you are experienced and after that you are doing an MBA you are more valuable to any company. Show your experience of startup in your resume also.
