Dark sight op since 2008 when u wanted to explore higher Lvl areas, nowadays they make some bosses pretty easier
Definitely the shared heroes of Maple skill Frued's Wisdom is OP. Max stacks give extra KB Resistance, Boss Damage, extra all stat, and a 30 second . Great for bossing.
Bowmasters had a skill like wind archers called puppet. And it worked in a similar fashion. :)

Im a bit late to this video but, the most OP skill in Maplestory is the Passive skill some classes get to gain 100% stance. Change my mind.
I just wanted to say that the channel mascot art is adorable.
Blaze Wizard flame conduit is an insane party buff. +60% damage for everyone standing on it and +1 attack speed. Really good for party bosses and GPQ
In old school Maple: Marksman Snipe! It did the 32 bit integer cap as a damage number, 2.147 billion, to any monster, when other endgame players were doing a few 100k at most. I got reported a lot from people who thought I was hacking
Also worth noting that Final Pact can have its invincibility duration increased. Spend a full minute not getting hit in lotus P3, super easy to switch to drop rate gear~
Meso Guard used to be OP compared to other skills at the time back with CZak required expeditions. Back then 1/1's (attacks that brought your hp and mp to 1) were some of the most threatening attacks, but Meso Guard cut ALL damage taken by 50%, so you'd end up with half your hp left. I remember out of a full expedition, me and another Shadower were the only survivors because of it (and Smokescreen).

as usual I'm biased, but I think you should mention Mechanic's Mobile Missile Battery: This skill just requires you to press it and it nukes the enemy as long as they're not off screen (looking at you Damien). At level 30 it launches 40 invisible missiles that hit 935% X 5 with only a 25 sec cd.
This skill is so powerful that it's usually #2 for mech dps after the main attack (and would be #1 if not for the 2nd effect of mech's other 5th buffing the main attack's damage), AND nexon copied it onto a number of other classes for a 5th skill, like Hayato Instant Slice

there was a time where bow master is pretty popular for its buff: sharp eyes

Mercedes Sylvidia "was" kinda broken with Pink bean pot bug, it allowed Mercedes to gain 20% ATT buff and 25% damage reduction (including 1 hit KO skill), while at the same time not losing mobility of its job and can matched with other burst skill. Now it got fix, kinda RIP ;-;

Flame conduit from blaze wizard is heavily under rated, stacks with domain but with a little cdr can be 100% uptime
Man, I love all the Sengoku classes. Kanna is sooo good. If only they made Hayato as broken as her and he would be my main 100%
Also, since you are making "Best class for X" why not make "best class for Bossing"?
I think bullet blast is pretty good.

As a lot of people have already said, they should make kishin a 5th job node 😫 it’s too unbalanced and unfair
I would rather have it as the link skill so I can use it while grinding legion and not need a node slot for it.

Hi Coopersan. In my opinion, as a wind archer main, I have to disagree with you. Since wind archer has low defense/hp and no /invincibility, Emerald Dust and Gale Barrier are meant to improve wind archer's defense against bosses and survivability. Wind archer also doesn't have burst skill and deals lower damage, that means we take longer time to kill boss and skills like gale barrier play an important role in stepping up our bossing game. As for Vortex Sphere, the idea of pulling in enemies sounds fun and overwhelming at first, but it is actually quite slow and only effective in horizontal areas. Howling Gale works better for me. Instead of saying these skills overpowering, I feel like Nexon should revamp other weaker classes like explorers especially bishop. (Bishop used to be one of the most popular classes and now...) That's my personal thought and please do not hesitate to share it if you have different opinion. :)

Okay seriously, who on Earth thought Kanna's toolkit as a whole was a good idea? Utility that makes a bishop look lame, Kishin Shoukan warping the game around it AND Spirit's Domain being the best 5th job skill? How high were the JMS developers when they revamped it >:x

Before when bosses didn't rely on 1 shot abilities. Hyper body was OD. The only skill that could save other classes by giving them enough HP to even boss in the first place. Or go wash a NL and waste $10k lol 😆

Kanna skill is the most ridiculous thing Nexon could ever do... the idea of it sounds like the most atrocious mistake and bad decision of any gaming developer could make EVER. I have absolutely no idea why they didn't change it ASAP. They should not care about butthurt 2pc meta players that invested much time either. They should simply swap this skill with something else and leave totems from shop for increased spawn for everyone.
take this down before nexon gets any ideas...

@@ilikemycatsfried844 tbh I really wish they will. Kanna is just too over powered. There's like literally no disadvantages to playing the class meanwhile all the other classes get nerfed so bad
@@characharayong The fact that other classses are getting nerfs is false, after neo only 10% are nerfs and 90% is buffs or adjustments. But indeed, kanna just breaks the whole game. It needs to have a nerf. I dont want to say it but i think kishin's spawn rate increase should be removed.
@@ilikemycatsfried844 I feel like they're afraid to touch the Kanna class. I main Lumi and last time Lumi have better mobility and now it just sucks so bad. I agree they should nerf Kanna's kishin skill. That's like a unlimited totem which is kinda unfair and makes the game unbalanced
