Funny and sad at the same time... Obviously... Boston Chinatown is ruled by pro-ROC supporters. Kudos to the brave American-Chinese who're displaying both American and Chinese flags (PRC) . I noticed the numbers of Cantonese speakers ... how many came from HK and GD ? How many are expatriates from ROC ? The Chinese victims of Boston Marathon Bombing are from the PRC . Therefore... both PRC and USA flags should be display at the commemoration of Boston Marathon Bombing.
