I saw on their website they had mentioned that but they dont indicate i ve also tried to google to no avail. The Diakonia i ve seen in For ex Kenya is a Swedish organization. Thanks for feedback

Does one really need to volunteer in a social therapy institution in their native country before applying for BFD job positions in Germany and does one also need a recommendation letter to prove that they have volunteering experience in a social therapy institution?
You have to choose an organization that has that position.most of the organizations don’t need a recommendation letter just motivational letter.but check first with the organizations and they will tell you if you need it or not
