This reminds me of my childhood! We had an electric Kawai piano which would play this piece on concert magic, and I would always play it every now and then. That and the Emperor's Waltz by Richard Strauss. I grew up on music like this, and always thought that everybody listened to classical music like any other kind of music on the radio. It was only years later that I found out just how unique of an experience the music actually was.

Yes Miss Trumpet, I saw this footage only just a while ago and I heard the anomaly. They're playing in key of D modulate to G. Primo played the phrase "La so la ti do." It should be "La le la ti do." The "le" should be a D sharp. Primo played D natural instead. Primo, please rectify. Regards.
Here on TH-cam is another version of this March by Lang Lang and Barenboim. By all measures of prestige their interpretation should be superior to this one. NOT SO! There is nothing missing in the playing by Patrick and Sun (only missing is the applause of an audience that paid for a concert), their musicality is as good as that of the others, minus the snobbishness of prestige and some schmaltz that Lang Lang could not refrain from making. The version here sounds more authentic and is a better value.

But, the 'schmaltz' factor is the very definiting characteristic of Lang Lang and many contemporary 'artists' music impressing. How else can we expect mediocrity to rise above genuine, honest noble music making?
