    As I always say if you are keeping a vehicle for 15 plus years choose any toyota, if you are keeping it for 3-5 years and trading then go for the other options, you’ll be alright! But this Highlander hybrid is a killer option…Great gas mileage, comes loaded with lots of features (most of we don’t even use) and it’s reliable…what else do you want ??? I currently have a tundra platinum and I don’t even trust the blind spot monitor system I always break my neck checking for any passing vehicle.
    Keep up the great content Ben!!!

    I'm absolutely ACHING to see a plug-in hybrid version of this.

      Plug in is for EV only

      Not just EV.
      PHEV are Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles. Volvo and Kia have them. Mazda has a crossover PHEV coming out in 2024.

    I'm an absolute fan of Toyota. And I just love the fact that they are the leader of hybrid cars BUT they don't have any Hybrid Sport car, they stick with good recipes like we love. Toyota knows that Hybrids are good, but they don't want this in
    their sport cars because it's killing the passion of a sport car. I just admire this brand

    Is this hybrid 2.5liter capable enough during the heavy snow?

    I'm more interested in the LE as $42K is more than enough - I miss the days of negotiation below MSRP

    Order my Highlander Platinum Hybrid in January, hopefully I will get it by end of April early May. Also they have removed the digital rearview mirror because of the chip and parts shortage, so its just a regular rearview mirror now. This apparently has been causing a lot of delays..... Looking forward to getting it!!

      Loosing review mirror camera it that in Canada or is it also USA?

    • @CamerguyChris
      @CamerguyChris 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mariaescobedo6385 I’m in Canada so I would assume it means North America including US. But you would have to ask the dealership. This issue was holding up manufacturing.

      Did you get it? Ordered mine in US Jan 7 still don't have it.

      @@joniboulware1436 No 😢 still waiting. I called the dealership and talk to the sales rep that I’m dealing with ask of some questions about the delays and what I have been hearing online. He told me that I am first on the list and their dealership, what that means? 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Does this have to be plugged in occasionally or is it hybrid gas only?

    • @francbele
      @francbele 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hybrid-gas only, it's not a PHEV

    Its painful listening to people who don’t have an opinion (or aren’t allowed to share it) talking about cars.

    No remote start??

      my 2021 does, I assume it's standard. You press buttons on the key fob in sequence or use your smart phone.

      All new toyotas I believe comes equipped with Remote connect, you can use your smart phone to remote start your toyota anywhere but after the free trial or 2 years (am not 100% sure) you have to pay a monthly fee or pay for the whole year etc.

    They wouldn’t let you take it on test drive? Definitely won’t be buying it from them.
