I actually think you could've put a sleek chest of drawers where the couch is because that wardrobe is small. Only a fifth of my items would fit in there but otherwise this is stunning!

That is a tiny kitchen though.
I have a living room flowing into an awkward open kitchen space, but the dining area is on the other side. I'm thinking about taking a bold step and building a room divider for the living room similar to how you did the bedroom separation wish me luck! The upload will be on my channel around March 2024.

Hi Gerold, I LOVE your concrete finishes (wall and DIY’s). I’m considering doing this to some small items. Can I ask your opinion on the concrete wall versus “sponging”? I’m sure the concrete gives a beautiful texture but overall the LOOK of the concrete and sponging are similar to me. Either way, I ALWAYS love your end results. ❤

Nice but wasnt the sink near the bedroom a bit out of place? couldnt it have been replaced by a work area instead?
It's actually unnoticeable from the bed area since we have the partition. Would have been actually nice to convert it as work area but I'm only asked to do minor renovation. Altering this area would fall under major renovation. the owner also wanted to keep it as he intend to rent out the space separate to the other unit later on... 😊
I love your style, it has my name all over it but you confuse me with the order in which you do things like paint the walls before the ceiling or start drilling above the bed when you have just made it. In another video you cut a hole out for the aircon after you had decorated and assembled the furniture lol creating yourself more work.
How can the ceiling be bubbling and peeling just because the unit had been unoccupied for two years?
