How medal event is judged:
1 heat of 16 athletes competing with two :45 second runs each. Best run counts, the top 8 athletes from the elimination will advance to the final. Judges will score competitors throughout the contest.

Dashawn’s first run score was absolutely disgusting bro killed in many ways that was a terrible score for such a run 😤

Judges tried to focus on the tricks, but couldn't separate the skater from the bucket hat. Tragic, yet understandable.
It was a good run but the judges were right. Not the same level of tricks as the others.
Feels like in every contest, the announcers talk about Decenzo’s age. Dude is probably thinking “stfu about my age” 😂

I still look up to sheckler a lot too with his age and how he skates, Joslin as well. But decenzo is fckin awesome
they keep saying he's old...i'm his age and don't feel old at all. Life moves fast.
Yeah well in all honesty he’s actually considered young still. But to be performing at a pro level for as long as he has is extremely rare.
Gary makes it so much more fun to watch. He always brings the vibe, the knowledge, and his genuine love for skateboarding.

What Gary was saying about who’s old and who’s older, I get kinda tired of hearing about it in sports. Everyone is different and some people perform as well or better regardless of age. Calling athletes old makes you sound like the d-baggy guy from YSL2.
