  • The movement of the recovery leg is possibly the most important part of the entire speedskating movement. It determines the main force of the bodymass on the driving skate.
    After just taking a stable stand on the driving leg as explained in the first video • Bend the ancle ..... S... , it 's all about getting as much pressure as possible on this leg by using your bodymass.

    Maybe also the picture if you could be a little smaller thus covering as little as possible of what you will describe. But its good with you in the picture 👍

    Is it possible to have the picture of yourself in one of the upper corners? If inferior corner it will often cover your feet on the ice.

      Different, today's technique evolved from... , sure there are similarities.
      We're talking fine nuances in technique, sometimes a bit bigger, like now.
