She literally told them to "create crowds" if they see them in public "push back" and tell them "they are not welcome" while they are "at a restaurant, a department store, a gas station" clearly this is not their government office. Which means people from that point on were to be on the look out for her political opponents and their supporters while in public. This literally plants a seed into their minds and drives civil dissent not just towards her political opposition but then also to their voting populace. Can you see how this creates division, can you not see how people were groomed before the BLM and Antifa protests that ravaged the nation and turned into riots. Chaz and Chop literaly created their own lawless land within the United States. She didn't just encouraged them she literally said "You need to" but also by using the words "create crowds" and "push back" and tell them "they are not welcome". These are the very types of language found to provoke people into action. She did not follow up the words "push back" with meaning directed that they should engage in verbal dialogue in a civil discussion about the issues they are concerned with. She didn't tell them you've got to "push back" by flooding their phones, emails and showing up at their jobs, no she literally implied physical altercation by "create crowds" and "push back" "whenever you see them" in public places. She aided in civil dissent amongst her constituents and the people who were emotionally drawn to the video and whomever they told, the mentality that they must lash out not just at the government as a whole but only to her political opponents, her language was intentional and it had results it's completely unacceptable from a government official
