Does it create a circular reference, or just cause lag/slow down issues, if you xref a dwg that you also wants a dref from? ie. a proposed grading dwg would xref the existing conditions plan but would also be good to dref the existing ground surface (I know the typical circular reference issue when "attaching" an xref. I'm not referring to that scenario. I would have Overlay the xref.)
