  • Pandan Cake is soft and chewy. We will serve it with Thick Coconut Cream Sauce​. It tastes so good.
    Ingredients:
    ✔ Pandan Cake
    1cup [140g] Tapioca starch
    1cup [140g] Mung bean starch
    5oz [150g] Palm Sugar
    2cup [500ml] Pandan Water
    2cup [500ml] Water
    1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
    ½tsp Salt
    6 Pandan leaves
    ✔ Thick coconut cream sauce
    1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
    1Tbsp Sugar
    ¼tsp Salt
    1Tbsp Corn starch + Water
    Topping
    Roasted Sesame seeds
